Leo & Rick's mother - She was killed during the Ishball massacre when a bomb blew up the room she was in.
Rick -He is Leo's brother. Leo hid the story of what happened to his mother from him.
Leo - A young refugee who,d uring the Ishball massacre lost his mother when she rushed into a room and got killed by a explosive.
Scar- He is called Scar because of a scar in the shape of an "X" on his face. His real name is unknown, but his arm has a strange tatoo on it. He seems to have a hatred for the military but the reasons why are unknown.

Scar's Brother - He died during the Ishball Rebellion. The brotherly connection between Edwards and Alphonse Elric reminds Scar about the connection he shared with his own brother.

Scar's Master - Like most of the Ishbalans introduced in the series his real name is unknown. He is a man Scar looks up to and he leads the remnants of the Ishbalan people.
